1. What is the minimum age for enrollment?
Children can join our school starting at 18 months. We offer age-appropriate curricula so they can start their first extracurricular activity with confidence.
2. My child is shy. Will they be able to keep up with the lessons?
Please rest assured. Many children feel nervous at first, but our instructors take time to build relationships gradually. We don't pressure them to speak; it's perfectly fine to start by just observing. We support them in getting comfortable step by step.
3. My child has trouble concentrating. Will they enjoy the lessons?
It's natural for young children to lose focus. Our lessons combine short activities to keep things engaging and enjoyable. We balance active time with quiet time.
4. Is it okay if my child has never studied French, Spanish, Mandarin and English before?
Yes, it's perfectly fine. Many children are new to foreign languages. Lessons use songs, games, picture books, and other materials to naturally introduce foreign languages. We prioritize helping beginners enjoy their first exposure to the language. Instructors proceed at each child's pace, so there's no need to worry.
5. What happens if my child cries or refuses to enter the classroom?
This is common during early childhood. We won't force participation. We respect your child's feelings and create time for them to gradually adjust. We offer flexible approaches, such as entering the classroom together with a parent or observing from a distance.
6. Can parents observe the lessons?
Yes, we allow observation during lessons.
7. If a lesson is missed, can it be made up?
Yes, If you contact us in advance, we will arrange a make-up lesson within the same month.
8. When should I contact you if I need to cancel a lesson?
Please let us know by the day before your lesson.

[Cancellation Fees]
Late Cancellation : less than 24 hours' notice the full session fees will be charged.
No-Show : failure to appear without notice the full session fee will be charged.
Exceptions : We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions for emergencies, and we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
